Nope! If your yard has a gate code, we'll keep that on file so we can let ourselves in and out — no need to lift a paw! All we ask is that your good boy (or girl!) stays securely inside while we're on location. After all, we're strangers in their territory! 🐶

We prefer to securely bag it, haul it away, and dispose of it properly and safely to protect the environment and waterways for just $5. We can also bag it up and leave it in your residential garbage bin at no extra charge!

We show up rain or shine — we're as dedicated as a dog waiting by the door! Only in extreme conditions like severe cold, high winds, or flooding will we need to reschedule, and we'll always aim for the day before or after your usual service day.

We know your pup is the goodest of boys (or girls!), but we ask that all dogs be secured inside while we're on location — even the friendliest tail-waggers, since we're strangers in their territory! 🐾 You'll know in advance when we're coming, and we'll shoot you a text when we're on our way. If we spot a dog in the yard, we'll give you a call and/or knock on the door, but if we can't reach anyone after a few attempts, we'll have to skip the service for that visit and the full rate will still apply — though we'll get back to you as soon as possible to reschedule. Thanks for helping keep our staff safe and your good boy happy! 🐶
